Challenge Ottawa Valley Grain Products (OVGP) is a family-owned and operated stone milling business which has supplied all-natural whole grain products to its clients since 1929. OVGP struggled with brand awareness and needed a competitive edge in the market, branding and visual identity, and a better connection with their audience and target markets.
Our Role Syntax was engaged by OVGP to complete a strategic rebranding of the century-old agricultural business. This included marketing, brand, digital communications, community engagement and outreach, and design.
Impact Syntax has completely rebranded the company’s online presence and in-store products; created and grown the reach of their social media channels; developed high-quality and branded graphics for advertising, social, and web use; coordinated and scripted video marketing collateral and photoshoots; developed employee uniforms and branded goods; redesigned goods packaging; developed infographics; secured dozens of media opportunities; supported the development of a brochure for the mill’s redevelopment; and managed full digital and in-person events and campaigns that successfully engaged community members.
